  • Outside Desserts Welcome: Celebrate with your own cake or dessert!

Booking Details

  1. Secure Your Spot: Full payment is required at booking, which must be finalized 3 weeks in advance.
  2. Plan for Your Guests: Submit an expected headcount at least 7 days before your event (maximum capacity: 100 guests).
  3. Cancellations: Refunds are only offered if Spirit Mountain cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Note: Additional charges may apply for time overruns, low food sales, excessive cleanup, or property damage.
